The location was excellent, with easy access to the waterfront, making for pleasant evening strolls. My room was comfortable, but I encountered several issues, including not enough towels and limited attention to cleaning. The staff were a mixed bag. while some were helpful, others were unwelcoming, particularly during the late check-in on New Year's Eve. Breakfast was enjoyable, featuring delicious hash browns, but overall, the value didn’t match the price paid.

Decent size King Room with basic amenities. Location offers easy access to nearby attractions after a short stroll.

Water pressure in the shower low, often leading to drips on the floor due to inadequate glass partitions. Paid public parking usually full and limited space for bigger vehicles. No view as the hotel is enclosed by other buildings. Found a bed bug after some hectic issues with the room's cleanliness and AC that weren't promptly fixed. I expected more during my stay, especially with the noise from emergency alarms and drilling too early in the morning.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Sam at the reception, who really went out of his way to help me with several requests. They even prepared a lovely welcome fruit platter for me that made me feel special.
